could anyone help us offline users out and upload the 360 title update? big thanks in advance I know I'm not the only one who wants this

I thought Xbox Live free users (silver accounts) had access to game patches? I don't think you can get other game updates (rosters, etc) but patch fixes I believe are available for anyone.

But when you don't have live you have to rely on awesome people to upload here and xbuc.net, that goes for rosters also, not everyone has live.

I was fortunate i found a way to make my phone a hotspot and i can get onto Live. I dont have gold but it let me download the update and mkharshs roster so im happy now. Still would like to get a link for those guys without a solution.
