Just called 3 different GS and 2 BB and they all say no 2K8 but they have The Show. Damn. Anyone from the Boston area get it yet?

UPS just delivered mine here at work from Gamestop. Hope to go home at lunch to try it out. One thing the manual stinks no explanation of how the new controls actually work (11 page total including all the legal stuff).

Well, my Gamestop doesn't have the game yet. They still say 12 noon, I tried walmart already as well. So I'm going to go out at around 11:30 and wait for it if it isn't there already.

I just went to my gamestop and I called before and the guy told me he was opening them up out of the box and said to come get it. So I have it now... w00t!!!!

2K really ****** up this year with the little info they gave, no demo, and now all these stores getting the game late. Oh well at least I have the day off

Grasshopper, always take the day after the release day off!

Of course I don't know if this was a scheduled day off for you or if you took it off for 2K8 purposes.
