Career Ending Injuries

Has anyone got a career ender on their franchise? If so, who?

I had a number of players, here is some of them.

Wes Welker, Greg Jennings, Ben Roethlisberger, Mike Vick,Alex Barron,Troy Polamalu,etc, who did you have?

I can't remember seeing a career ending injury since the PS2 days. I do remember a buddy of mine and I started a franchise together and we would play as the opponent against each others teams. I think it was Madden 07 because I was torching him with Vince Young by land, air and if I could have, by sea also. So in year 2 he traded his starting QB, starting RB and his starting CB (his 3 best players) for Michael Vick because Vick was the only QB in the game faster than Young (87 spd vs 95 spd). The 2nd game into the season, I hit stick Vick for a career ender. My buddy finished out the year with 3 or 4 wins and there was no year 3. That was one of my favorite Madden moments of all time.

Had a random hit during a game(didn't look bad), yet my WR had snapped/dislocated a disc in his neck, and was now paralyzed.
