Moving and updating Coaches

Is there a way to move coaches ?

I would like to put Rex in Buffalo and Fox In Chicago....I think all of the other HC jobs will be filled by coordinators which the real coordinators are not in the game unfortunately

No there's no way to do this.

You can't do it for year one, but I did manage it - offline anyway.

I simmed the first season as owner of both the Jets and Bills, fired Marrone and Rex and the end of the season, then hired Rex by the Bills. Of course Buffalo didn't have a dime to spend in the offseason so I just retired my Bills owner and took over as coach with Rex.

So it can be done, sort of.

You can add characters at any point during Franchise mode, so you can add Rex and Fox and whoever else you want. Under "Settings," there's a menu for user controlled teams. Go in there and hit the button to add a new character to the franchise, and then create your coach and assign him to a team.

Then if you don't want to play as them assign them to autopilot.
