Franchise Stadiums?

I am thinking about doing the Vikings for a franchise but I refuse to play with a dome team. They are playing their games outside this year of U. Minnesota while their stadium is completed. Has M15 accounted for this? Can you build a new stadium without relocating?

I believe you can rebuild a stadium if you are the owner. I think your current stadium has to have a low enough rating, and you need enough money to rebuild.

I wonder what the stadium rating is for TCF Bank? I know last year it was no problem to build a new stadium for the Vikings because the Metrodome was a dump (had a low stadium rating). I wonder if they put in the new stadium for the Vikings in already to move in 2016?

It would be possible for them to have the new stadium in the game because of all the artist renderings available, but I doubt it is. Its fine with me because TCF Bank is a sweet stadium to play in
