Starting a franchise with current rosters.

I've downloaded the roster update and am trying to start a franchise with the roster. It seems to be decreasing player ratings despite me selecting the regular coach and not changing any schemes. Ex will Allen 75 to 68 Sean lee 90 to 80 Travis frederick 73 to 68 demarco Murray 85 to 82. What am I doing wrong?

Nothing. When you enter a CCM, the rating are slightly different from the sine play one off games.

For some reason whenever you enter CCM (at least as an owner, haven't tried as a coach this year), your schemes reset for your team. So you have to manually change the schemes back to the teams original. This is for the offensive and defensive only btw, the position ones seem to stay the same (thankfully).
