Franchise/ dynasty mode

Before I get the game, does it have offline multi player franchise/dynasty mode? 13 not having it was ridiculous. Thanks.

13 had it, as well as this years game. You must have played something different.

13 did not have offline multi player franchise mode, that is why so many people stuck with 12. But if this year has it thanks for the info
