I mostly play games online, because I just really don't like playing against an AI in football games. I find the experience to be much like Madden 13. There are a few problems, some of which were in Madden 13 and some are new. These are in no particular order.
1. Kickoff returns for TD seem way too common. I played a game where my opponent and I combined for 4 kickoff returns for TDs. (2 each)
2. The running game is over-powered. You hit the running back 2 yards in the back field and he stumbles for a 3 yard gain. I'm okay if this happens on a rare occasion, but this happens way too frequently.
3. Short passes are almost unstoppable. Quick outs, crossing routes, etc. You can stop them, but you have to exert so much effort that you give up the big play.
4. QB accuracy is way too good. It makes it so that it doesn't matter who your QB is. Peyton Manning might be able to throw 99% of his passes accurately, but if he gets hurt, its okay, because his backup can probably throw 98% of his passes accurately.
5. Ratings for OL/DL don't seem to matter. Whoever is out there, you seem to get about the same results.

Back when this game first came out I use to pick the Patriots and start Tebow because he could run in addition to his pin point accuracy. People use to get pissed off because they couldn't stop Tebow, I threw for 300 and ran for 70-100 yds with him almost every game. I would always receive a message that I was cheezin after the game, so hilarious.
