If I turn this off and one of the players in the draft gets hurt does the injurie not affect them or does it not even apply to the draft class?

Not what this means.

It means you don't enter the season with the CCM mirroring current real life NFL injuries. If you turn it on, guys who are injured in the actual NFL will have those injuries reflected in your CCM.

Doesn't do anything for draft class players. If they get injured, they get injured.

As the above post says, that's what it means. But I have seen that this feature is broken. I dont see anyone injuried when I start a season with this option on.
