who would you give me in return for CJ Spiller?

hi, i'm playing with the Bills in an offline franchise.

i want to roll with a power back and want to trade CJ Spiller (i have more fun with power backs).

so... according to real life (not CCM trade logic or current Madden ratings), who would be a fair trade return for one of the most dynamic speed backs in the league?

i want a WR with good hands, either a speed merchant or possession guy with decent speed. or i'll take a tight end with great hands who can block too.

or i'll take a fullback with great speed and blocking and maybe a draft pick on top.

or what's a fair draft pick(s)?

if you were a real-life GM, what would you offer me based on what i'm looking for? please indicate actual players and their teams. i will then switch coaches to make the trade go through (whether or not the CPU oks it).

Truthfully I would like, and as a fellow Bills fan I hate to trade in conference, but A Hernandez for Spiller would be interesting for both teams.

Also I have had a lot of success signing the FA L Evans back to the Bills and putting the speedy TJ Graham in the slot. Evans and Johnson give you some reliable hands with Graham providing the speed in the slot.

According to real life you are looking at draft picks only. I'd say a second round pick.

I think a 3rd or 4th is more likely. He's not durable. Explosive,yes,but not worth a higher pick in my book. Is there a recent similar trade irl for comparison's sake?

Honestly, with as devalued running backs are in the NFL, I think Spiller is one of the few running backs where a team would realistically give up as much as a second round pick for him. He is a top five talent at the running back position and is still very young.

Spiller? A top 5 RB? I don't think so. My top tier HBs, in no particular order: AP, Shady, Lynch, Gore, MoJo, Foster, Rice. Honorable mentions, also, no particular order: Jamaal Charles, Chris Johnson, Forte, Turner, Steven Jackson, possibly Alfred Morris, possibly Doug Martin (these two remain to be seen, but right now they look better than Spiller), maybe even Demarco Murray. This is my list, so disagree if you like, but if you do a quick google search of "best rbs in nfl" you won't find any list with Spiller in the top 5. He's fast, sure, but that's pretty much it. Personally, if I was the front office of a team in desperate need of a HB, and Spiller was the only guy on the market, I might give up a 3rd rounder...maybe. Probably more like a 4th rounder, or just get by with whatever scrub I have until the next draft.

TC, I think this thread shows that you really wouldn't get equivalent value for Spiller. The guy is an electric talent but because Gailey doesn't give him the ball, he hasn't won people over yet.
