How can you get the bench players XP so they can progress? I have some rookies that I want to progress but I can't play them do to better players. Anybody know?

It's called "practice". Get them decent then rotate them into games here and there.

Go to each player and see what goals they have. Stick them in a preseason game and achieve those goals.
Do the same for season games. Sub the players in once in awhile and get them their goals. Sub out the 90+s, the vets, the older guys etc, sub in the rooks and hit their goals.

There is stat tracking for downs played.

If they see 1/3 the game snaps, they get the team goals.

wish it would scale.

its just a dumb concept

if my backup LT is in there for 32 percent of the snaps, he doesnt get his team goal rewards

if my qb throws for 274, 2 td's...who cares
if I get 10 sacks on a 12 sack season goal, who cares.

it needs to scale, the LT should get 95 percent of the points
that qb should see 95 percentish of 275 and 66 percent of 3 td's
that OLB should see 5/6th of the points in season sack rewards
