Where the ehck is the practice mode in Connected Careers???

Didn't EA learn from Madden 11 to Madden 12 that we NEED a practice mode in Franchise??? Now it's one year later and they remove a feature they JUST put back into the game last year??

Just to clarify, I mean a real practice mode not the scenarios/drills labeled as practice. Now with this new Connected Careers there's no way I can even export my team to practice with them outside of CCM
