can you change your off\def philosphy after initial ccm setup?

I know I can change it when I playbook but say I wanna go from 43 to 34 can I change it so that when I sim a game it will generate 34 stats for my player or go from a west coast to a vertical style.I really like the ccm but it seems like there's a lot of things that are set in stone after the inital set up

Lol its funny with the invention of patches we have become the video game company's beta testers.every game you buy now it seems like the full version doesn't come out till 2 to 3 weeks after the release
