Bought the game on Wednesday, not been also to redeem my online pass since then. EA customer has lived up to their reputation as some of the worst in the business and been absolutely no help at all.

i have no idea how i am ever going to get online

Anyone else having this problems or better yet maybe a solution?

I had this issue before, I'm in UK using PS3


I just rebooted PS3 and tried again and it worked

Rebooted more times then i can count, triple checked my NAT settings, rebooted router, clearer cache you name it i've tried it

seems a lot more people are having this problem on PS3 but there's a few ways around it there like redeeming through PSN store

No such luck on 360 since the XBL redeem code thing is xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx and EA use xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx codes

I was having the same problem up untill yesterday I was able to get on and play my online cc with no issues, it seems each day gets a little better so I think they are tinkering with the servers, oh and there were still about 100,000 people on yesterday so its not like the people have not been on and that is why it is running better.

I am able to get online see how many is playing in the little map and all that it just don't let me redeem my online pass. Any game mode the requires an online pass is locked out i can't redeem the now 2 online passes i have and i don't get an offer to buy one.

The thing is the whole reason i buy these games is to play online so right not it's pretty much a 100$ paper weight (yes that's what games cost in Norway). On launch weekend no less, the best weekend in the whole year for online play

I'm on PS3 and mine didn't work initially but I think EA said there was a problem doing it directly through the game for the PS3 only. I got mine to work by going directly to the Playstation Store and putting the code in there. You redeem the code, download it and then when you fire up Madden it works.

Exactly the same problem on 360 but it seems far less people are effected i've only seen a few while searching the internet for solutions. The down side is there really isn't any workaround like on the PS3 and EA being EA seem reluctant to even admit there might be a problem so it could take ages for a fix.

There's at least 5 people in Finland with the exact same issue. Support keeps closing the tickets and forwarding links to connection faq's. Safe to say it's an EA server issue.
