Re: Hybrid Multiple Front????

No player is built to play in a hybrid defense, which is why you're not seeing that player type.

Then I can draft anybody on defense? and then they eventually turn in to a hybrid player?

I wouldn't say that. It depends on how you'll run your defense. The idea of hybrid is that you can run multiple looks - 3-4, 4-3, 46, etc, but you need to have players with the versatility to play different positions, like Ware playing 3-4 weakside as well as 4-3 DE or Ngata playing inside and outside DL positions. Not every player can succeed in multiple fronts, but if you have a couple of players who excel from different positions, then you'll be okay.

Re: Hybrid Multiple Front????

Actually I just simmed through a season to see how the offseason was, and in scouting I did come across some players with the hybrid type. Saint is right, the info we have to work with definitely isn't top notch.

I drafted a 77 Ovr in the second round who had the Hybrid MF Scheme.
