Online Level Help

I love to play madden online franchise with my bud but it seems to always be on a way to easy level. I know there are some people that play this game that suck so you cant have it on all-madden cause they will get smashed but at least on this years madden will there be a way I can put it on all-madden and it be the actual all-madden thats in the offline franchise? Or at least a way to customize the sliders so its hard? Cause if CC is going to be as easy as online franchises been, then this years game going to be a huge bust!
