If something that I used in Madden was taken away, I'd be kicking and hollering and screaming too, but for how long? It's been three weeks since we've been notified those features didn't make the cut for 13. I feel both sides should cease the back and forth , the ball is in EA's court.

I don't mind expressing anger and telling EA how you feel. They've been bombarded with Twitter and other Madden forums for three weeks They would have to be naive if they haven't noticed all the negativity and noise throughout the internet.

My advice to all the folks that the the features missing doesn't affect them, take the higher road and don't respond. So far, that's worked for me. If people want to continue bashing EA for the decisions they made and it makes them feel better, that's on them.

Taking the higher road means you won't be called out for being offensive or defensive.
I disagree with ceasing to voice displeasure. If EA continues to get the displeasure of the fans, maybe they'll make it a priority to somehow patch these things in for 13.

If they got 3 weeks of anger and then it disappeared before the game was released, then they might take it as everyone has 'gotten over it'.

I've already heard they are trying to get editing back in the game. Plus, they probably already knew about the flak they would receive before the news was released,

Even if the noise ends, I doubt EA would think people are over it.

All I'm saying is, ball is in EA's court.

My biggest beef is that I just don't think Donny Moore does a good job at rating players. The ratings are reactionary, arbitrary, and in some cases, make it apparent he has barely, if ever, watched the player play.

I can't deal with him being in total control of my game experience, unless he turns it around significantly.

I completely agree with this. In addition, who cares what Donny Moore thinks in the first place! I mean really, we've always been able to edit a roster outside of franchise and then start a franchise and it should be no different with CCM.

Edit: I'm not trying to rip on Donny Moore at all, I'm just pointing out that we all shouldn't be forced to live with his opinions thats all.

If you want people to stop all of the defensive posts while still trying to make our case...then quit being offensive.
If you want to see offensive, go and look at some of the tweets Josh Looman has gotten over the past few weeks from people upset over this issue.

While the vast majority of people are completely civil there are always people from both sides that feel the need to attack the other for no reason. Whether it's the whole "This isn't a big deal, stop crying" or "You must be an EA employee the way you defend them" it's the same thing and both sides are guilty of it.

Nobody has to be silent when it comes to the issue but attacking either side because they don't agree with you doesn't do anything to help the issue and just continues the back and forth that we want to to be rid of.

I can understand people being upset with features being removed, but I've never understood why people defend EA when they remove features or screw stuff up. its always seemed odd to me that people would bend over backwards to defend EA and that defense of EA in turn seems to really infuriate people that are trying to voice their frustration.....lol
