I do agree with this statement,that the cam should be zoomed in a little closer during passing plays like the pic below;closer than this if possiable.

Yeah, I'm really confused with all the love the original angle is getting, it's pretty awful imho. I would never touch it, too far back and you can't see up field, it's just not good. But this angle is absolutely beautiful. I'm right up on the ball carrier and can see above the O-Line, I'd love to see it on the defensive side too.

There was some speculation on the boards that EA had brought in some 505/Backbreaker developers...could this be some more evidence? For the sake or speculation and conversation not trying to troll

A playable, user-defined camera - one that allows you to fully select the depth of focus, the height and zooms of the camera and the way the camera moves - is something that we should have had all along in this generation.

IT WAS ON THE PS2 AS FAR BACK AS MADDEN NFL 2004...AND IT WAS USABLE ONLINE AS WELL AS OFFLINE!

Those Bills-game photos are awfully nice in terms of the zoomed camera - especially for running plays! But I would still need to have more flexibility for passing - something I have always been upset with EA for once upon a time having and then taking it away

Glad to see so much interest in different cameras. I think we should push hard for a custom cam in Madden 14. It has been too long since we had this option in a football game
