Madden NFL 13 Presentation Impressions

Uh-oh, just seen a vid of Phil and Jim in the same suits doing a Bears/Packers game as they are in that Niners game. EA can't do that, for real, if they are going to be showing these two in the booth each time we play a game. I HOPE those suits are just place holders to get out these first vids and the suits will be varied for each game throughout the season.

Some people will never be happy at whatever EA does. The game was great for its time and generation. The debate between the two games has gone on far enough just move on.

I hope so too, but not really banking on it. Remember 10 had the same clothes on what'shername throughout the season during the Extra Point.....

Oh I know that. Just I was thinking we were going to get a taste of how they are aware of everything by talking about the divisional rivalry, maybe show AFC North Standings, but I was just saying that it had to be in Play Now mode as I expect if that was Franchise, they would have had the long banter, showed the standings, maybe talked if that was the second game between them and who won the first game, etc.

You know I really wasn't going to get Madden 13, but this is changing my mind.

Well that would involve her recording those segments a ton of times in different clothes...

I'd say having different combinations for people who are entirely animated is far more plausible. It's not something that would bug me at all though if they didn't.

Looks good so far. Still don't like how the QB slides during drop back.

Yeah, that's the same thing I am thinking with them being digital it will hopefully be fairly simple to give them various suits and apparel.

Would seem similar to the multiple in-game uniforms and they way players can put on a different when they change teams. It's possible they didn't even think of the commentators clothes in the mist of everything else though. Maybe the people going back for CD can bring it to their attention.
