Making retiring players better coaches

Does anyone else edit retiring players to make them better coaches when they return? I just started doing this just for a laugh. I made TO come back as a coach he gives +5 STR, +5 TRK, and +5 SPC for WR. Some of my WR are real beasts now.

Like vrock said, it's nothing new. Usually the returning players are ones that make the Hall-of-Fame.

But to answer your question gjneff, I never edit them. Why? They're already the best coaches to pick up + stats wise and I don't feel the need to make them any better.

that depends. the head coaches in the game offer boosts for the entire team, the retired player coaches only boost a certain position

Re: Making retiring players better coaches

I have Derrick Mason as my HC right now. Picked him up since my WRs (Rams) are pretty bad. +3 to two different stats. My only problem is that they look pretty weird in the neck region.
