Holding Penalties
Has anyone noticed that they give 10 yards from where the runner went down? It was 2nd and 13 for me today, and the runner went down with inches to go, and it was then 3rd and 10 rather than being 2nd and 23. The team converted and then went on to march down the field and score the game winning TD.

Its 10 yards from the spot of the foul. So you could break a 30 yard run, get called for holding and it be 1st and 1. Unless its behind the LOS then its 10 yards from the LOS.
