No random plays in practice mode?

On NCAA and previous Maddens, I usually would put the defense's plays on random when I'm practicing offense but I don't see any way to do that. Am I missing something for Madden 12?

they have random plays for both offense and defense you just got to go to the screen where it has playbook ask madden and all and go to the very bottom

Yeah regular random plays are there.. but I miss the old previous-gen options for random plays.

Example..you could choose Random plays, then only passes, or only runs.

Or choose a formation and only run plays out of that formation, only runs/passes from that formation etc.

Even on D you could do the same with options for blitzes/coverage plays.


I used to always practice pass plays vs blitz since the online community always seems a bit blitz happy.

Thanks alot guys. Yeah I wish I could designate what type of "random" play was called but this is better than nothing. I was pulling my hair out last night trying to practice while knowing the exact play that's called on defense. lol
