Madden '12 Superstar Mode(Career Thread)

Although Madden 12 is not out yet (but will be on August 30 =) ) I wanted to start a thread similar to a Myplayer thread on NBA 2K thread. In this thread we should post how our career is going and what not. Ive been playing madden for 6 years but never played Superstar Mode but this year I will. What Team and Position do you plan on doing? I plan on making a DT for The Atlanta Falcons. What about you guys???

I just completed 4 years playing as CB for Baylor University in NCAA Football12. I plan on exporting my player to Madden NFL 12 and getting drafted!

Re: Madden '12 Superstar Mode(Career Thread)

I will walk on to each team because I dont want to start over someone great.
My every down RB currently is in JR(final year) with Syracuse breaking all schools records. But no Heisman.
My Balanced QB is in his JR at Utah and will stay all 4 years. I plan to have a breakout JR and SR year with Heisman RB and backup Rb leaving and have 2 WRs & TE over 90+.
My Shutdown CB is in his Soph year at Texas and will stay all 4 years. I will break Texas career INT record before end of Soph year.I will walk on to each team because I dont want to start over someone great.

My All-Around WR in 2nd year at ARK, will leave after JR year. I am underperforming, but I am avg 20+ yards a catch and in a Run-heavy O.
I am not finished any RTG yet because I like to rotate between each position.

After early FA signings, I know which team I am walking on to.
RB- INDY. With Peyton at QB, I should be able to get good yards. I will be the every down back.
QB- WASH. I will be the starter over Beck even if there was position battles. WASH has 6 WRs with 90+ Speed and a TE to work with. So I should be able to put up good numbers.
WR- I am torn between CAR and STL. With CAR I will be Cam's #1 target and free up coverage for S.Smith. With STL I will be Sam Bradfords main target in a pass happy offense with J.McDaniels at OC. I will most go to STL because CAR will be a run-heavy O and WRs in McDaniels O usually gets 100+ catches vs. 80 in CAR.
CB- HOU or DET- I will have to figure out which Def runs more Man coverage. With HOU, I get to face Colts twice and with Joseph at RCB I will get alot of passes thrown my way. With DET, I get to face McNabb, Rodgers, Cutler twice and with a great Pass Rush in front of me I will get bad passes thrown.I will walk on to each team because I dont want to start over someone great.

As I do every year, I'll be a wide receiver and walk onto the Raiders. I like to get involved in every place possible (kick/punt returns, runs, and receiving of course). It gives me the oppertunity to single handedly change the look of the raiders in a positive way. Plus, I love the silver and black!

I actually have a blog of my 4 years as CB coming out this week on the EA SPORTS Blog, once that drops I will link you guys and post the stats here!

And I am interested where I get drafted as well, I had a solid career but wasn't dominant. I am thinking somewhere in the 2nd round.

I'm importing my guy from NCAA, I'm a QB at Oregon in my Soph. year.

I was going to walk on a team in Madden, would you guys rather walk on a team or get drafted, I'd like to get drafted just to see where I end up but, if I go to a team I don't want to go to. a waste.

Re: Madden '12 Superstar Mode(Career Thread)

im gona start a corner im gona play on a team with a horrible secondary and a good wr i can match up with most likely the lions and in my career of atleast 10 season i only want to let up 500 yards and 5 tds will be hard but i think i can manage, but i will only play if we have some kind of commentary similar to just playing a playnow game or something
