I apologize if this has already been talked about... I hope people that work on Madden will read this, it has to do with draft classes. As anyone that's tried to import players from NCAA to Madden can tell you, it's got serious issues. So I have a simple solution, take a page from NBA 2k11. They have an option to create your own draft classes. Not just names, height, weight, etc. But you can also edit their attributes, as well as potential. It's a great feature that allows us to have the franchises we've all really wanted. We can make sure that the draft classes have all the players, have all the right positions, have all the right attributes, and above all else, we'd be able to truly enjoy franchise mode.
I don't know what happens behind the scenes. I don't know if Madden hasn't implemented this feature because they want us to go buy NCAA. That's certainly what it seems like to me, but I don't know it for sure. I truly hope that's not the case. If it IS the case, then why doesn't Madden talk to the people working on NCAA? Why not get together and say, "hey we have this feature where people can import the draft classes from NCAA into Madden, why don't we figure out how to make them more accurate?"
Can't the Madden crew have a meeting, maybe send an e-mail or a text, it's not like you both work for different companies. Anyway, Madden could implement this draft class editing feature, and still leave in the NCAA draft class importing. The people that don't have the time to go through and edit a draft class, could just import one from NCAA. I know that it's probably impossible to implement into Madden 12, but perhaps it can be in a patch? Thanks for letting me get on my soap box.
