Really debating if I should get this.

Hi all. I did not play last years version much as a new baby invaded my family with alot of medical issues, so madden 10 is sitting on my shelve. I always without hesitation buy the new version year in and year out. Have not picked it up yet this year, and was wondering, I am strictly an offline franchise nut. I keep hearing about the defense problems. Is this game worth picking up, or should I buypass and stick with 10? I dont play on line at all cause I am an old fart and can not keep up with the younger generation.

If I were you I would get it. However, my advice is to download the demo or rent the game so that you can make your own educated decision rather than relying on strangers on the internet.

Easiest thing to do is play the demo, and play at least 10 games. Then you can make that decision to get the game. Personally, I am also a franchise guy and with that mode not being touched again, along with my dissatisfaction with the demo, I am in no rush to get my hands on it.

Your not an old fart you just don't have as much free time to play games to get good at them because you have more responsibility in your life than say a 15 year old. I am terrible online too because I don't have time to practice due to work etc...

I say get the game. I think you will like the new gameflow. I love it. It is Madden. How bad could it be right. Hopefully a patch will fix the defense. I still think this is the best Madden yet.

Ok, so here's why we close these threads...it's not to be mean.

It's that the actual asking of the question is irrelevant. We have several links to reviews (all designed to help answer your question) , how many hundred pages of impressions(all designed to help answer your question), a ton of threads on every little thing about this game(all which should contribute to answering your question).

I'm not being sarcastic, this site is built to help answer that question for a LOT of people. There's no need to ask it.
