Get Madden 11 (360 or PS3) for $44.99 at Walmart

I just paid $45 for Madden 11 and here's how I did it.

Step 1.) Get a Sears Sunday ad which advertises Madden 11 for $49.99, and take it to your local Walmart.

Step 2.) Ask the cashier to price match.

Step 3.) You pay $49.99 but still receive the $5 in store credit from Walmart.

There ya go!

As I've yet to pick up my copy, this might be very useful as long as it works. Nothing against you, but the employees at the WalMart up here are often literally ********. And not just the greeters. Thank you for the tip.

thank you soo much for the heads up. i still had the sears ad when i read this and went and picked up the game for 49 the next day with the 5 dollar gift card. again thx alot, i didn't have the cash to pay the whole 59.99

I think the store has to be in a certain proximity or something. Just guessing though. = makes sense to me.

That's what they say about price matching from their website. They don't say much because if they advertise price matching, everyone and their brother would be bringing in the Sunday paper everyday and finding deals. Therefore, not many people know about it.

yeah I was about to do this last night... I called Walmart and they said they would do that...but it was late and I wasn't going to be able to find the Sears ad or try to print it out.....either way I found someone selling it on online for cheaper...so I just went with that.
