evolutionary (and WELCOMED) and the main reason I bought Madden this year.

I share your feelings about it being welcomed....having more realistic play calling is a good start. I think more can be done with the Coach/player relationships and strategery (don't you miss those words America?) that goes on between plays. The challenge for Ian and co will be to make that deep area accessible enough for casual users and deep enough to satisfy hardcore football fans.

I like the IDEA of it...But the implementation and execution is Gimmick(y).

I have turned it off after 1 game and find NO need to ever turn it back on...

Imagine if is WASNT an option but a requirement? That would suck bad....

I agree in that this is the tip of the iceberg of what gameflow and planning can do. I believe in the coming years this can really and truly be an excellent revoluntionary feature in Madden gameplay.

Does it have to be either? It's not a gimmick, it's an interesting feature that will help some people and others won't use. But it's far from revolutionary.
