noone mentioned tony gonzalez being the best te in the game, he is still solid, but shouldnt be ahead of clark or davis or as much as it pains me to say as an eagles fan, whitten, at this point of his career.

eagles fan or not, desean isnt overrated. he runs great routes. and the last game of the season and the wild card game everyone was invisible, if you understand football at all you would know that losing jamal jackson and the weak guards were the reasons the entire eagles offense disappeared. nick cole couldnt block a tackling dummy. ratliff and others were in the eagles backfield every down. i don't care who the receiver or quarterback is. if there is no time for the qb to throw, or the reciever to run his route before the qb can get set and fire the ball, the offense fails. thats wild card game wasnt on jackson or mcnabb, it was on the oline and specifically nick cole.

Overrated:

Desean Jackson
Dustin Keller
Ryan Grant (only because there are plenty backs rated lower that are just as effective IRL)

Underrated

Miles Austin
O.J. Atogwe
D R-C
Kirk Morrison
D'Qwell Jackson
Igor Olshansky
Fred Jackson
Patrick Chung
Dwayne Bowe
Anquan

He's actually slighlty under rated to be honest. He is faster IRL than in the game and he accomplished something last year that no other Packer RB has done since Don Hutson.

He goes pretty under appreciated by most people who watch the NFL.

Desean Jackson, IRL he is a great playmaker, not the best WR, YET.
DRC, his rating seems fine to me, he's still young.
Fred Jackson, Thank you for realizing this.
Dwayne Bowe, he had one good year, right?

Does anybody else think Madden needs to implement like a "utility-Playmaker" position for players like Josh Cribbs, Reggie Bush, Percy Harvin. I Mean Josh Cribbs may not be the most Elite Wide Reciever, but heIS an elite football player. Just because he is listed as a WR doesnt mean he is mainly a WR. In Cleveland he was a KR, Wildcat QB, RB, then a WR.

Also maybe a KR position, so i can list players like Roscoe Parrish as a KR instead of a WR. Just a thought.

Kevin Kolb- really, this guy averaged 400 yards when he did play, he's good
Tim Tebow- some people say, he's one of the best ncaa QB's of all time
Brodie Croyle- he only played a few games for KC, but he did well.
Curtis Painter- only a 65 ovr, this guy did good n preseason, plus behind Manning

matt moore, i mean come on, he came in to replace Jake and he won 4 out 5 games including against the Saints and Vikings. yet he's 76 ovr. really??
Good job matt moore for beating the saints 2nd/3rd string guys. I'll give you the vikings win tho..

Can't base ratings on just a sample selection of games.

Yeah cause players like Cortney Roby for the saints is strictly a KR/Special Teams guy but he's also listed as WR even tho he never plays that in games.

Eric Berry's Tackle rating is only a 52. Should be mid to high 70's in my honest opinion.
