For a few years now, I have sat here and laughed at everyone who says "I'm not buying the game this year"... Whether I think it's a great game or not, I NEED my NFL video game fix and must deal with whatever EA Sports gives me. However, just a second ago was the very first time that I can remember ever in my life actually thinking to myself "hmm.. maybe I can just get by with NCAA this year"..

Now, we all know the truth, once I watch the first game of the NFL season this year I will get that unbearable itch to play some Madden and no doubt will own this game by then, but it's sad that I even had the thought cross my mind that I really didn't need to buy the game this year... I wonder how many other people get this feeling for the first time or even worse, how many people that think this every year are REALLY thinking about not getting this game... Anyways it's sad...

man people that moan about all the nitpicky stuff drive me nuts. 'why should we spend 59.99 to play a game with [fill in the blank] issue?!' you should buy it because it's fun. not sure if you all remember but madden is a game. it's meant for enjoyment. if you get so caught up in animation problems and petty s*** like that, you need to reconsider why you play video games at all.

if you don't like it, don't play it. no one is forcing you to buy the game. if it doesn't meet your exact specifications, leave it on the shelf.

Gee, how often does that happen in REAL LIFE. Good for you, you can go back over 100 years of college and pro football to find a highlight for something. If you want it to be realistic, then it should only happen a couple times a decade. Not every other game.

if you don't think tackling is an important part of football and that Madden is only football game this gen that has this problem and wasn't even an issue in some football games in previous gen, then hey, ignorance is bliss. morre power to ya.
