probably in a roster update, this is how 2k sports did it and i think ea did it in in a different madden

Well, that's one down....

Hopefully they'll go for the Jags, Browns and Chargers next, since they have the most major *current* uniform errors.

I didn't realize there was anything wrong with the Niners' helmets. I would rather see more classic uniform options (both home and away). Not a 2K fanboy but that game had almost every uniform ever worn (from modern era)....EA couldn't get the Browns or Chargers uniforms correct yet they included Green Bay's yellow's? Those are sick (not in a good way)....
