To make this short,I havent felt madden lived up to what its legacy
used to be.
I do have to belive that at the very least, Ian has the right attitude to be at the helm of the franchise.
I mean the old ea mantra would be to ignore the fact that there were better things in the, ahem, other football game, namely 2k5.
I never thought id see the day before the new game was to be released that they would admit they arent quite up to 2k5 in terms of presentation.
I think,Ian has been honest as has Donny, Phil and Josh.
The reason I say this is because they have all along said this is the foundation for what is to come even at the cost of losing a few sales.
This will be the first year i havent bought ncca because frankly the changes that are on that game dont really interest Me.
I didnt get madden last year but this will be a day one game for Myself.

I look back to just a few months and notice how anti-Madden i truly was and compare that to where I'm at now. I mean i had good reason as i felt the game just wasn't living up to my expectations and i felt the people behind the game really didn't care, that has all changed since Ian and Co. started coming on here and not just asking for our input, but acting on it. I can finally say that I'm excited for Madden again. Its been loooong over due. Presentation and atmosphere are the main things that i felt have just been swept under the rug in the past Maddens and those were the main things i felt were most important to creating longevity in the game. Finally people are in place that think the same way.

way 2 try to turn things around in tha madden franchise Ian and company. u guys are headed in tha right direction IMO!
