when you pre-order madden nfl 10 from gamestop, do u have to wait until july, 23 to put the code in or put it in once u get it

Try reading earlier post in this exact thread. It has been said many times that you have to wait til the 23rd to put the code in.

I remember hearing a limited amount of pre demos codes but when I called 3 GS in Il west burbs they all had around 60 codes left ?
Must be GS EA PR hype to lock in sales .
Well I got mine and cant wait for 5 minute quarters

They did this same PR thing last year with the beta codes for BF:BC. They announced forever that there were limited codes, but I preordered after the beta codes came out and still got a code.

Im giving my code to a friend, actually i already did....im not playing the demo..im waiting for the final build, i know the game will rock..so no need to blow my excitment ahead of time...

Please do not try to download the demo before 9:00 pm on Thursday July 23. Doing so will result in an error message and could possibly deactivate your demo code. Anytime after 9:00 pm on Thursday July 23 you may follow the instructions below to download your Madden NFL 10 Demo.

1. Turn on your new NCAA Football 10 video game.
2. Select TeamBuilder from the main menu.
3. When prompted, input the redeem code below.
4. Create a new customized team!"

So we have to buy NCAA 10 in order to get the Madden 10 demo?

That cant be right, those instructions are how you unlock team slots in NCAA. They must have copied over the wrong instuctions or something.
