I had the same issue but figured out a workaround....If you open his site as a new "tab" in Windows, it won't crash.

It only crashes for me when I open it up as a new window.

I was talking about offline franchise preseason which was pointless in 09. I know it should have meaning in 10 but it didn't in 09 so that is why I asked.
