SPD ratings look to be exactly the same as in previous Madden games with rookies. Hopefully the speed curve changes are all that was needed to fix the speed problems in the game.

Pat White - 61 OVR. Ouch. Just because the guy never did a 3/5/7 step drop?

I could see his AWR being lower than most QB's, but can't see why his other QB-related ratings would be low enough to drag him to 61 OVR while Josh Freeman sits comfortably in the mid-70's.
