His hands are fine. It's the ball that needs resizing.

This was a good comparison shot. "Big" Ben doesn't look so Big next to Marvel Smith. He actually looks skinnier in the real shot.(Look at the thighs and calves) I think EA got it right this time

It's not the "look" so much as it is the things that are in the shot (refs, etc).

I tried to resize the pictures to match, but I was using MSPaint so it's not perfect, I'll try again once I get home tomorrow.

Is it me or is the size of the football really not that important to me? I mean I can understand the reason why it's bothering people, but as Ian explained it would take a lot of hours to fix something so petty. I say leave it alone and spend those precious hours on more important things.

I agree and don't agree G2. In the long run, I want better gameplay, but at the same time, ball size is pretty important. If it's not right, and you have to adjust later, it can cause problems with animations, etc. Not only that but if the ball is to big it enables players to make easier plays on the balls due to the increase in size.

No one is advocating spending hours and hours to fix it, we're just observing something that has been noticeable for a while. Not really a big deal, just a pet peeve.

Yeah, don't get me wrong I'm not saying that it doesn't need to be fixed. I mean the proportion is not correct. That being said, Ian made it clear that it would take a while to fix ball carrying animations and everything where the ball is the focal point.

Looking at it from that perspective, is the size of the ball really worth that much work? Would you rather they spend those hours tuning things that will directly affect the gameplay experience as opposed to aesthetics? I know I would chose the latter....Just my 2 cents....

Looks improved visually and I'm happy about the additions and details, but Im reserving my excitement until the gameplay videos start rolling in.

Keep up the good work, though.

And LMAO @ AJ getting an epic fail.
