Sully's Madden 16 All Madden Sliders

For those of you not getting the challenge or game play you want from ALL PRO give these a shot. I really like ALL PRO but the Human Run Game is to easy so after months of testing both ALL PRO and All Madden the only choice I had was to develop a ALL Madden slider set that didn't allow me to dominate every game I played. ALL PRO plays excellent in most all other areas but I couldn't get the CPU to stop my run or pass consistently and I grew tired of winning every game. Now we all know ALL MADDEN is "weird bird" when it comes to the CPU AI but I feel I have come very close to obtaining my two objective's.... 1. Have realistic game stats for HUM and CPU and NO I'm not talking about 65 to 60 shoot out with over a 1,000 yards combined. 2. Present the HUM player a real challenge in all phases of the game. I will post the entire setup and my explanation for the settings....please feel free to comment on them or ask questions.

HUMAN:

Pass Accuracy: 3 or 4 or 5 (your QB in the 90's use 3 / 80's use 4 / 70's use 5)

I'm fairly good at throwing the ball and anything above 3 was to high of a completion percentage... Adjust to your skill level as needed.

Pass Blocking: 0

The CPU pass rush is not that great and you cant have 3 minutes in the pocket all the time.

WR Catching: 0

With realistic stats as a goal this needs to be ultra low or you catch everything.... the right amount of drops by hits and lower rated WR's.

Run Blocking: 0

Enough said about that already.

Fumbles: 31

Seems like the best number for an occasional fumble but nothing out of the ordinary where you lay it on the ground multiple times a game.

Reaction Time: 0 (still testing)

This is a tricky one due to the CPU "bullet pass" glitch. There is nothing that can stop the glitch but a very low reaction helps.

Interceptions: 0

I wish I could make -50 but 0 is the lowest, need it at 0 to help offset "bullet pass" glitch.

Pass Coverage: 20 (still testing)

Trying to minimize CPU picks and DB's jumping routes.

Tacking: 36

No CB's should tackle Beast Mode one on one and JJ Watt shouldn't get trucked either.

Special Teams: Default

CPU:

Pass Accuracy: 43

Seems to offer the most realistic stats and game play.

Pass Blocking: 0

ALL MADDEN CPU pass blocking is way over powered and the QB has all day to throw and USER will never get a realistic number of sacks.

WR Catching: 47

A great balance of drops and lesser rated players not catching everything... elite WR still play well.

Run Blocking: 45

This really gets the CPU run game going.... higher will cause WR's to pancake DB's.

Fumbles: 46

Don't see a huge amount but with the right hit the ball will come out.

Reaction Time: 100

Don't be afraid to adjust this if you struggle throwing the ball, this is set for players with good passing skills.

Interceptions: 48

Set so a bad throw can be picked but not all are.

Pass Coverage: 100

See Reaction Time

Tackling: 58

Raising this makes Hum tackling worse and triggers a high amount of broken tackles by CPU.

Special Teams: Default

Game Setting:

Skill: All Madden
Injuries: 50
Fatigue: 70 (Good rotation of skill players and 2nd HB carries)
Game Speed: Very Fast (Helps Human Pass Rush)
Threshold: 100 (Helps tone down big plays and Human Run Game)

Penalties: In this years game penalties "make" things happen as opposed to "letting" them happen these settings reflect that.

Offside: 100 (Helps HUM and CPU pass rush)

False Start: 0 (Helps tone down HUM run game)

Holding: 0 (Helps HUM and CPU block shed)

DPI: 0 (Helps CPU pass defense and more swat's than picks)

OPI: 0 (Helps CPU pass offense)

KR/PR Int: 0

Clipping: 35

Int Grounding: 0

Roughing Passer: 0 (Helps HUM and CPU pass rush)

Roughing Kicker: 100 (Helps CPU run defense)

Face Mask: 54 ( Thanks BoyyPace)

Thanks, man. I will definitely give it a try. I'm just a bit worried about this face mask hahaha.

I remember when I played with it at 55, and it got called like 3 or 4 times a game, especially on 3rd downs against me. I mean, I would totally decline them, but I'm pretty sure the CPU will love it. Do you have any idea how many flags are thrown in a single game for this penalty?

The amount of times is very random, some games 4 or 5 and others it's more. When I play I am looking for the most realistic stats as possible and that includes penalty yards, as a Jets fan I can tell you under Rex Ryan we we're in the top 5 in penalty's every year so I want to try and emulate that. You can definitely adjust it to suite what your looking for... but penalty's are part of the game and in Madden you can go multiple games without seeing one called. Trust me I just lost a heart breaker to the Bills, down by three about to get the ball back and then BAM facemask.... game over we loose. If you watch any NFL game it's almost a guarantee you will see some type of penalty in the late minutes of the game that affects the out come, in Madden you never get that and this is a penalty that ACTUALY is called... you just hope it doesn't happen at the worst time. I wish other penalty's worked as they were indented too but they don't and I'm stuck using one that I know will get called. As a human I am far better than the CPU so I try to give them an advantage when ever I can to try and level the playing field and this penalty is one of the ways to do that. Don't be afraid to accept them against the CPU if you see its completely lop sided in the game your playing, sometimes I will but only on kickoffs, punt returns or plays that I made a first down on my own....I never except them to extend my possession or to get a new first down. Let me know how your games go.... good luck.

Yeah, I know what you're saying... you're absolutely right. As a Packers fan I know this really well, since a facemask gave Aaron the chance to win against the Lions.

I was on "play now", against the Vikings, and their running game killed me. I'm gonna have to adjust it. I played only until 10 min left in the 2nd quarter, and Peterson had about 150y. I'm struggling to run the ball myself, but I guess I could get better with this set. Do you have any suggestions regarding the CPU run game?

I would start lowering CPU run blocking and make sure you have adjusted to the their strong side... be very leery of blitzing because if you blitz the wrong side or hole you will get gashed big time. I usually play a combo of DB's in man coverage and LB's in zone, it works well against the pass and run. I very rarely blitz and let my front 3 or 4 create pressure, I never play straight man or zone its has to be a combo of both or you'll get toasted by the CPU passing game. Hang in there.....And by the way Peterson is a beast to stop so don't get to discouraged.

Hmm, I see. The thing is I started watching football in 2009 [I'm from Brazil, so it's everything about soccer here], and although I have learned a lot in these years, I'm not very good at "reading" the game. So I rarely use audibles on defense. And I always use "ask madden" and pick a play purely by instinct.

When you say to use a combo of man and zone coverage, it has to be on the pre-snap, right?

I played an entire half here and I forced them to punt only once. I kinda managed to stop peterson [he was 4y on average] but their passing game killed me. It was 31-10 at the half with 2 picks thrown by A-rod. I'm not very good at passing, but he made some terrible throws. He was like 4/14 for 40y. It worried me, because I'm playing with the Raiders on CFM, so I could picture a lot of trouble for Carr.

I mean, I can tell when it's my mistake. But he was throwing too high and on quick crossing routes, he was throwing far from the receiver, even when I waited the receiver to do his entire route.

I would definitely raise HUM Acc, 3 is for players with "good" passing skills maybe start out at default and work your way down. My suggestion to help slow down the CPU passing game is to lower the CPU Acc but don't lower CPU catch that number is perfect. Ask Madden is a tough way to play at this level, I would suggest picking your own plays on defense and offense. On defense run some type of Nickel with DB's in man and put your LB's in zone and see if that helps.

Re: Sully's Madden 16 All Madden Sliders

The problem is I'm not familiar with most of the plays concepts, so it's really hard for me to pick the plays by myself.

One thing I noticed, the pass rush is not good... both me and CPU QBs are having a lot of time in the pocket... how can I change this?

Thanks for your help, man.
