Question about franchise coach sliders

I'm not wondering about the sliders that affect offensive and defensive playcalling like agression and run vs pass, I'm wondering about the sliders that are for each individual position. I'm most interested in offensive positions, but I'm curious about defensive position sliders as well
Here are the one's for the offense:

QB: Scrambling, balanced, pocket
RB: Power, balanced, speed
WR: Possesion, balanced, deep threat
TE: Blocking, balanced, recieving
FB: Blocking, balanced, recieving

I want to know what all these sliders affect. If you have it set to where the CPU is drafting/signing players, does it mean that they will prefer the option you have it set to? EX: If I set a CPU team to power RBs, they will prefer to sign/draft/trade for power RBs.

Do the sliders affect player progression? If I prefer scrambling QBs with the Pats, does that mean Tom Brady could develop into a scrambler? If you set a team that has a speed RB to prefer a power RB, will their speed RB's BTK rating improve? (And vice verse with a power RB)

Or do the slides do all the above?

As far as I know, those sliders are used to prioritize CPU free agent signings and drafting. It has no impact on play calling or progression.
