Updating rosters - question

Hey guys,


I'm updating my M12 roster using Xan's editor and was going to update player salaries. My question is, does anyone see a problem with updating salaries (ie teams running into salary cap trouble within a year or two of a franchise)? I don't want to update salaries and then see teams start releasing star players due to salary cap problems. Thanks.

I have updated M12 rosters to M17 and have no problems with salaries actually. Though I do have a limit of players on a roster at 2549. Keeps the game from freezing. If you need updated rosters, check out clubfight's thread. I have updated M12 for every system and even have csv files to update franchise mode with coaches, schedules, draft picks etc.

I don't know about M12. I mainly deal with M25. It's my experience that the salaries do not get recalculated for the teams cap number or screws up the cap number completely. Be careful with that. I have had problems adjusting salaries
