Tomba 25 Roster (PS3)

Hey Guys going to be working on Madden 25 Rosters this year for PS3. In the past I've done work for the 360 versions ,but this year since I still feel the PS3 has a longer lifespan than the Xbox 360 currently that I thought I's switch it up and offer a PS3 version of my roster editing.

I want to try something different though. Apart from me editing the game so that the most realistic animations can play out the smoothest and most natural way I wanted to add a new spin on the roster by asking the community what they would like to see done to it as well.

As with everything every roster has a Version 1.0 and so on so hopefully updates can include the things you'd guys would like to see.

Tomba

...as always we REAL-LIFE it

Re: Tomba 25 Roster (PS3)

Two thing i was interested looking at, play recognition and awareness, maybe you add some input as iam strictly a sliders guy instead of roster edits.

I dont think players should be having 99 play recognition of the opposing team unless they have a copy of their playbook. I was thinking elite players with the highest of PRC should be capped at 60 (60=99 and work down from there). Perhaps this can make games more organic with blown assignments and/or make teams rely on players ability rather than i know your play shift right and make teams gamble/confused something i rarely see in sports games.

Which brings me to awareness. During an grueling NFL season is it really possible to be mentally sharp or in maddens case aware ALL the time. At most awr should be capped at 80 (80=99 and work down from there)for the elite players. My logic is that this drop in awareness could

1.Somehow make a few lower OVR players stand out based on raw talent, instead of fishing for higher rated players.

2. Bring an unpredictability to franchise which i think is one of my major gripes about madden. When i see the likes of Brady or Manning with 99 AWR, this gives me the sense that they're robots and like the famous line from Rocky 4, HES NOT A MACHINE!!!! HES A MAN!!! And like any man he got problems off the field that carry onto the field whether its locker room tension, contract issues, playing QB for the Jets, legal problems, a injury which pain is in the back of _____ mind testing his mental throughout the game or just plain home field advantage.

I hope you get what im trying to get through and hope to enjoy your roster edits.

This is an excellent place to start in the editing process! Say make PRC equal half of the AWR attribute for the average players and maybe 75-80% PRC cap for the elite players.
