Like every other CCM i start had different rosters...for instance right now I'm staring at plaxxico burress in free agency and he is an 89 overall...sometmes T.O. is an 85..why is it doing this?

the overall changes based on what the player's overall would be in your scheme. So players are different overalls on different teams depending on their scheme.
