All Practice Squad Player CAPs ratings not on Preseason Roster File

This is a list of all Practice Squad players not on the Preseason roster file. I also have a list of all active players up (not on the preseason roster file) as well. CAPs ratings are all on there save for one OT on the Bengals PS (Matthew O'Donnell) from Canada I'm still working numbers for.

Also recommend creating Josh Nesbitt as a QB... then switching him to FS where he is currently listed position wise on the Bills PS roster.

I'll be maintaining both according to weekly transactions which I vet through rotoworld, nfl.com, and team roster websites.

Ratings source is fbgratings.com/members - at the moment the OVR value tends to be inflated with these ratings for some of players, so I'd suggest using these numbers as a base from which to ball park a more appropriate OVR.

Matthew O'Donell's rating is comprised of a comparison of average practice squad OLinemen combined with data from his scores in bench, shuttle, 3-cone, and 40 from the CFL's evaluation camp, then compared to other Olineman attributes with similar scores.

quick question about appearances; is there a quick and easy way we can find out whether or not a guy is Black, White, Latino, etc. besides going on NFL.com?
