Anal about Equipment?

Is anyone anal about equipment like I am?

I always want to have players look like their real life counterparts. I try to update outdated equipment on players whenever I first get the game.

Yup, I'm a little anal about equipment too I'm afraid...
I always just start with the equipment of my favorite team but after a while I start switching teams and doing their equipment.
And it's not only with Madden, I also do this in Fifa and NBA 2K.

same here. every game that i get, i always end up spending hours trying to replicate what players wear. sadly i have to start over every week because of roster updates :/

Wana talk about anal over Equipment?!?!?!? I am going to be doing a complete overhaul of players equipment for m12. I have all the equipment changes made to the bears players and former bears players in my roster and all the CAPs that I made and all the Rookies that I made have 100% correct equipment.

I will most likely be doing the same thing with my Panthers. The only thing is that players switch up their looks sometimes on a weekly basis. I might even list my equipment changes here.

Haha I'm the same way. I hate to say it but usually it would be the first thing I would before even playing a game lol. They've improved immensely over the years on this gen at getting guys equipment right. Their was a period where guys had stuff that was no where near what they had in real life like Peyton Manning with this facemask for like three years straight.

One thing that's bugged me since they put it in was Jamaal Charles' facemask. In madden the eye bars are too long and curved and it looks a little odd.

The fact that they can't get the 3-Bar RB facemask right has always bugged me...
