Question regarding imported draft classes.

First off, I do apologize if this is the wrong place for this thread. Hopefully, it's not.



Anyway, I have a quick question about imported draft classes in Madden 11 (from NCAA 11). Now, we all know some the ridiculous happenings of draft classes (wrong equipment and attributes, kickers being ranked as the #1 prospect, etc.), but that's not what my question is about:


Now, I'm in the 2012 season of my Houston Texans franchise. I've done two drafts (grabbing guys like Terrelle Pryor in the first draft and Ryan Williams and Tom Savage [Savage is awful btw] in the second year). I just finished my pre-season for the 2012 season, and I was asked if I wanted to import the draft class...I of course said yes, and imported my third draft class (out of four that I exported from NCAA 11). Now, I was excited, because I think this is going to be a very good rookie class (2013), with some guys I like such as Mohamed Sanu, Denard Robinson, and Sam McGuffie. However, I notice that Robinson and McGuffie are not there, in the prospects page. So, since I didn't save I exited my franchise, and re-did the importing. Nothing. I re-did it again, this time using the fourth class I have saved (just to see if they for some reason we're coming out a year later) and sure enough Robinson was there (but from some college other than Michigan. He must've transferred in my simmed dynasty I got these classes from).
However, Sam McGuffie was no where to be found.

So, my question is (sorry for rambling), how come McGuffie isn't there? He was in my dynasty, with a rating of at least 95...and he graduated. Why didn't he go into the draft class? Is it because he's from a relatively smaller school (Rice)? Like, what are the requirements for a player to go from graduating in NCAA to being in the draft class that I export from the game? I don't understand. Is there anyway to make sure he gets into my draft class (if I re-do the exporting from NCAA or something)?


And, is there anyway that after the draft I could create Sam McGuffie in my franchise? Or would the only way to get him in my game would be to edit some rookie entirely to have them become Sam?
