When is the Roster Update #3 coming out?

I hope they have every team's 53 exact. If so, it means they're creating a ton of new players....

Dolphins have somewhere between 5-10 players that made the 53 and aren't yet in the game.

If everything goes smooth they could be out any time from right now to early in the morning, hopefully no later then 8am.
