I don't ever get the franchise cutscenes. Setting?

So I'm playing on an Xbox Series X, I NEVER get the cutscenes in franchise mode that I see others get if I ever watch someone on Youtube play. The press conferences, or meeting with a player in the locker room, none of them ever show up. I've run a few franchises and I never see them. Am I setting up my franchises wrong? A Setting?

Yes, I usually play as owner. Is that the issue?

The overwhelming majority of Scenario Engine events require that you play as a coach - not an owner - in order to trigger them.
