EA did playstation users dirty

I had a few hours left for my trial on PS5, get home from work today and have a few hours to myself for once. Go to play the game and all I see is the countdown.

After browsing for a few minutes on reddit and a few other forums I see that they did this for all playstation trials. So Xbox gets there's for unlimited time until midnight, but playstation just randomly gets all of their trials taken away? Thanks EA

If you are on PlayStation 5 and your pre-order download has completed, make sure you are attempting to start the trial version of the game and not the full retail release.

To ensure you are playing the trial version, highlight the Madden 22 tile on the system Games dashboard, press the Options button (the three horizontal lines), and select Game Version. You should see "PS5 | Trial | Madden NFL 22" checked.

I can access both the EA Access trial (1:18 remaining) and my locked pre-order download on my PS5 as I type this.

No that's the first thing I checked, must be some type of glitch with the pre load.

Yeah im not sure, mines just gone after the pre load today. Bunch of other people with the same issue. Oh well it's out tonight, I try to take advantage of the little time I get to play though!

Doesn't work. My trial is gone and I'm stuck with the countdown timer.

When I try to boot the game it says "Can't use this content. Your license can't be verified" 20210816_154243.jpg

I'm starting to think the EA early release is the download. I'm hoping, cause I would hate to have to redownload the game again for the sake of a file name.

Cause I don't even have the option to download the PS5 version, only PS4, and when I try to download the PS5 version it says test realm version.

Kinda sour about saving 10 hours on my main only to sit here all day for nothing. Meanwhile Xbox gets theirs unlocked completely.
