Pre-Order bonus question

So I pre-ordered the Dynasty Edition a couple of weeks ago. I go to play my 10 hours (no, not all at once) and realize that I didn't get the 22 (or so) packs.

Are those packs not available now and should be upon full release? I thought I read that it's different than FIFA where you get all of the packs at once whereas I think FIFA spreads them out weekly.

Also - I did search for this however I get this message - which I don't recall getting before.

Packs wont be available until the game releases. Your currently playing a trial version.

Yeah, I figured but did see that some folks actually got there's. I also was wondering about the load screen where it asks you if you want to continue with the trial or upgrade to the full version.

I have this same problem with searching anything on this forum, its definitely a glitch but I dont think there's a fix for it.
