I am strictly a offline player however a few friends of mine want to start up a online league. Is there anyway that we can place our teams in the same division?

If you mean restructuring your league so teams that in reality are in separate divisions are moved to the same one ... that's a no , one of many customisation features that , as I understand it , the NFL has blocked from ever being in a licensed video game . The NFL seems to have very strange priorities when it comes to its licensed products

If you can bring yourself to change your point-of-view, which is of course up to you, it might be more fun for you and your buddies to play in separate divisions. More exciting if some of you make the playoffs.....
