Juke variations??

I haven't been able to find a comprehensive list of all the runner moves you can pull off so I'm trying to piece it together. I know there's the standard moves with the stick and face buttons, precision versions with the LT, but the confusion comes from the quick moves or whatever they are called. In the game's training mode it says a quick juke is RT+Juke but in like every video I've found on YouTube people say it's RT+LT+Juke. So which is it, or is it both? Are there 3 jukes or 4? Same for spin, etc.

3 - normal (Stick left/right), LT + Stick, LT+RT+Stick. Same for buttons (afaik)
