Mouse pointer issue - Madden 19 PC

For those of you who're playing Madden on the PC, have you noticed that the mouse pointer is always in the middle of the screen? Also, sometimes a circle would appear above the right guard and if you move your mouse, you'd see a green arrow moving.

Have you guys experienced with these oddities? What did you do to solve the problem?

I have seen it on occasion but not too often, not all the time. And yes if you move your mouse it turns into like a weird green circle..

All the time. Always comes up when you zoom to see the field with right trigger pre snap

Mine pops up during some cut scenes, but as soon as it cuts back to the game or i use my conteol it goes away. I kind if thought it was intenonal, so you could quick grab tour mouse and navigate through the menus should you want to hit pause, and check a replay or make a substitution.

It's annoying. Shouldn't be there, definitely a bug. Presnap, in replay, in between plays. It doesn't remember where you move it to either, it stays in the very middle of the screen.

Happens to me too I even tried to use a command line argument -nomouse under game properties to maybe stop it from displaying but it didnt work lol
